Home Employment hires all year round for a variety of positions. We have a growing business and in constant of new employees. All of our employees are allowed to work entirely from home on their computers. Not only do we provide customers with work at home jobs, we also offer them. Applicants hired will be independent contractors for the first year and become full-time employees with health and other benefits after one year. Independent Contractors will need to complete an Independent Contractor Agreement Form, a W-2 Tax Form, a W-9 Tax Form and a 1099 MISC Tax Form. Any applicant that is considered for a position, will be contacted by email or phone within 2 weeks of their resume submission. We will provide and request additional information at that time. Please remember we do not require a membership or any fees to apply for the jobs below, all we request is your resume.

The hiring process works on a first come first hired basis. This basically means that once you submit a resume, it is placed in a resume database in the order that you applied. If you are the 35th person to apply for the job, your resume will be placed in the 35th position in the database. As we review the resumes, we remove any resume from the database that doesn't meet the qualifications. The other resumes are then moved up. We are constantly in need of employees because of the high turn over rate of home workers. Because of various reasons, many home workers cannot work longer than a couple of months at a time. This means that we could end up hiring over 85 workers in one year. Many people who apply for work at home jobs realize that there are most likely hundreds of other applicants vying for the same position. Whenever an applicant is removed from our database or dismissed from a job, the next resume is immediately moved up which means someone who is in 294th positions, can be in the 8th position by the end of the year. We wanted to explain our hiring process so applicants are not discouraged from applying for the jobs available. Resumes will be kept in our database for one year.

Data Entry Clerks & Typists

Description: We are looking for data entry clerks and typists. You will be responsible for entering in information provided by customers. You will be provided with the customer's information by email and you will be entering this information into various online forms. This job is a part-time (20 hours) and temporary for one year. After the year is completed and your work is satisfactory, your position will become full-time (40 hours) and permanent. Your work is evaluated every six months and you will receive a raise depending on your job performance. Your starting salary will be $350.00 a week (part-time) or $700.00 a week (full-time). This amount increases with experience. The job will be from Monday through Friday and you can work any hour of the day. You must meet your daily quota and complete your work by the end of the day.

Requirements: Applicants must have at least 6 months of data entry or computer experience. Training will be provided. You will need a home computer, text editing and spreadsheet software (MS Office is preferred, but is not necessary), a reliable email address, a fax, a printer and a reliable Internet connection (a high speed connection is preferred but is not necessary). Must know how to read, write and talk in the English language. A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute is preferred.

Word Processors, Document Processors & Typists

Description: We are looking for word processors, document processors & typists. You will be provided information from us by email and then type this information into software provided by us. After the information is entered, you will be responsible for processing and proofreading the document for final review and placement. This job is a part-time (20 hours) and temporary for one year. After the year is completed and your work is satisfactory, your position will become full-time (40 hours) and permanent. Your work is evaluated every six months and you will receive a raise depending on your job performance. Your starting salary will be $420.00 a week (part-time) or $840.00 a week (full-time). This amount increases with experience. The job will be from Monday through Friday and you can work any hour of the day. You must meet complete your work by the end of the day.

Requirements: Applicants must have at least 1 year of data entry, typing or word processing. Training will be provided. You will need a home computer, text editing and spreadsheet software (MS Office is preferred, but is not necessary), a reliable email address, a fax, a printer and a reliable Internet connection (a high speed connection is preferred but is not necessary). Must know how to read, write and talk in the English language. A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute is preferred.

Online Customer Service Operators & Typists

Description: We are looking for online customer service operators. Your duties will be to answer emails sent to you by customers. You will be required to answer and forward the emails to the proper departments for processing. This job is a part-time (20 hours) and temporary for one year. After the year is completed and your work is satisfactory, your position will become full-time (40 hours) and permanent. Your work is evaluated every six months and you will receive a raise depending on your job performance. Your starting salary will be $300.00 a week (part-time) or $600.00 a week (full-time). This amount increases with experience. The job will be from Monday through Friday and you can work any hour of the day.

Requirements: Applicants must have at least 6 months of customer service and typing experience. Training will be provided. You will need a home computer, text editing and spreadsheet software (MS Office is preferred, but is not necessary), a reliable email address, a fax, a printer, a reliable Internet connection (a high speed connection is preferred but is not necessary) and a dedicated or second phone line. Must know how to read, write and talk in the English language.

Description: We are looking for online researchers, job verifiers & data entry operators. Your job will be to search the Internet, find jobs and companies and enter this information into an online database. This job is a part-time (20 hours) and temporary for one year. After the year is completed and your work is satisfactory, your position will become full-time (40 hours) and permanent. Your work is evaluated every six months and you will receive a raise depending on your job performance. Your starting salary will be $250.00 a week (part-time) or $500.00 a week (full-time). This amount increases with experience. The job will be from Monday through Friday and you can work any hour of the day.

Requirements: Applicants must have at least 6 months of internet research experience. Data entry experience is not required. Training will be provided. You will need a home computer, text editing and spreadsheet software (MS Office is preferred, but is not necessary), a reliable email address, a fax, a printer and a reliable Internet connection (a high speed connection is preferred but is not necessary). Must know how to read, write and talk in the English language.

Online Sales Advertisers

Description: We are looking for online sales advertisers. You will advertise our services on the Internet. You will receive your own website that records all orders placed on the website. This job is a part-time and temporary for one year. After the year is completed and your work is satisfactory, your position will become permanent. Your work is evaluated every six months and you will receive an increase in percentage received for orders. Your starting salary will be on a commission basis of 25% per order placed through your website. This percentage increases with 1000 orders received from your website. You can work any day or hour of the day.

Requirements: Experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must have knowledge of good places to place advertisements. Training will be provided. You will need a home computer, text editing and spreadsheet software (MS Office is preferred, but is not necessary), a reliable email address, a fax, a printer and a reliable Internet connection (a high speed connection is preferred but is not necessary). Must know how to read, write and talk in the English language.
